Music helps the body and the mind work together. Exposing children to music during early development helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words. Dancing to music helps children build motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression.
Children participate in Music and Movement with a dedicated music teacher. Children practice fine and gross motor skills, develop vocabulary, and deepen their listening skills through a fun, play-based music curriculum. Through singing, dancing, dramatizing, and playing instruments, children learn to build skills that help bring their world into focus and stay with them beyond childhood.
"Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." -Plato
